who conducts computer work at his home in Vero Beach, Florida. Duties include transaction coordination, video editing, data entry, website
maintenance, computer platform operation (e.g. MLS), etc.
Mr. Vanatta obtained his Florida Real Estate
Brokers license in 1987 and spent 10 years as a project manager for WCI, a
major real estate development firm in Coral Springs, Florida. His duties started at concept, to design,
engineering, permitting, construction, maintenance, sales and leasing. Mr.
Vanatta was relocated to Vero Beach, Florida by WCI in 1990 to assume the
position of Director of Development at Bermuda Bay in Indian River Shores. His
experience in Coral Springs, Florida and in the Treasure Coast includes residential and commercial projects.
